What does the Lock Screen widget show?

The time left in the session and the next steps with their own countdowns — things iOS can render without the app. iOS limits how often a backgrounded app may update a Live Activity, so the widget deliberately does not try to mirror every step; the sound cues are what to follow when the phone is locked. You can turn the widget off in Settings.

No sound with the silent switch on

Kinetempo uses the playback audio category, so cues play even in silent mode. Check the media volume and that Sounds is enabled in Settings.

How do I share a program with a patient or a friend?

Open the program → Share. Send the link, show the QR code, or export a file. Local videos are not included in shares; use links for videos.

How do clinics publish programs?
